Baxterbear is TREEKLED to have been invited as a guest of honour to the AMREF Family Day at Goodwood. He is looking forward to cheering on the participants in the sponsored walk and taking part in all the African activities – a real reminder of his days with the Flying Doctors in Kenya!

Baxterbear to attend West Berkshire Mencap Families Day

Baxterbear is TREEKLED to have been invited to join West Berkshire Mencap to celebrate the Queens Diamond Jubilee and also raise money for Children Services. This will be a fun filled day out for all the family on Saturday 2nd June between 12pm and 4pm at the West Berkshire Mencap Centre.

Baxterbear helping Out Sainsbury's and Wave FM

Baxterbear attends The Re-Opening of Sainsburys

Baxterbear will be joining all his friends at Sainsburys in Hedge End tomorrow the 9th of May for the grand Re-Opening of thier store. The ribbon will be cut at 10.30am by The Mayor of Southampton and the Store manager.

Simon Clarke a DJ from Wave 105 will be there interviewing people whilst Baxterbear is helping them raise funds for Cash For Kids. New York Tartan Week

Baxterbear is TREEKLED to be invited to the world famous New York Tartan Week celebrations which have been and annual occurrence since 1998, organised and run by The American - Scottish Foundation. This year (2012) Baxterbear has been invited to be part of the Tartan Day Parade, which is the finale to the New York Tartan Week festivities. Baxterbear to help Sports Relief

Baxterbear will be joining with Sainsbury's in Hedge End Southampton to support Sports Relief. Watch this space for futher news on events taking place.

At the end of 2012 provided a £100m Christmas cracker for Comic Relief as Sainsbury’s pledges another six years of support. The supermarket has pledged support for the charity for another six years, which will see the total raised by Sainsbury’s, its colleagues and customers, soar past the £100m mark.

Baxterbear Goes to the Isle of Wight for Valentines

Baxterbear is off to Sainsburys on the Isle of Wight on the 13th and 14th of February to help raise funds for Sainsbury's Charity of the year, the Isle of Wight branch of the National Autistic Society. He is looking forward to his ferry journey, hense he remembered his great trip on a canal barge and meeting lots of lovely new people.
Not forgetting that Red is his favorite colour Valentines Day is very special to Baxterbear
Baxterbears will be on sale to raise funds and make a difference on both days bringing lots of Valentines Cheer, pop along and have a hug.

The Opening of Redheugh Boy's New Club House with Alan Pardew

Baxterbear is TREEKLED to have been invited to the opening of the Redheugh Boy's Club Football to meet Newcastle United Manager Alan Pardue on Thursday 26th of January. Alan heard that Baxterbear had been making a difference to the people of Gateshead and Newcastle and wanted to meet him!
